The Keepspace Lot is a versatile and spacious 6,000 sq ft outdoor venue in the heart of Portland, ideal for gatherings of 100–400 guests. Nestled under open skies with a picturesque urban brick-wall backdrop, the Lot is perfect for weddings, corporate functions, concerts, festivals, and other events. Its large, customizable layout allows creative setup options—from formal sit-down dinners to lively performances—and the venue comes equipped with modern amenities such as sound, lighting, and staging.

The Lot rental includes access to the attached warehouse for backup storage and on-site restrooms; ample parking, proximity to downtown and nearby hotels; and a dedicated, experienced staff to assist with planning and execution. With its prime location and flexible outdoor space, the Keepspace Lot offers a refreshing, convenient canvas for memorable events.
